Don’t look any further for a lender! From the first moment of deciding, we wanted to try and buy a house we felt like we weren’t going to be able to, but Cole saw more in us than we saw in ourselves! Having used a large bank like USAA while the customer.service is good there it does not compare to local businesses. Cole was very friendly and informative. He helped clear up a lot of the jargon and math that comes with financing a home. Working with Cole was great. I was and am a super newbie about the home buying process. Cole had to deal with tons of questions and issues from me and handled them all quickly and pleasantly. We were told that the property we were wanting to purchase wasn't going to qualify for an FHA loan so we figured that it was not going to happen, but Cole stepped in and got it done. He locked us in on an interest rate and as closing dragged on, I began to worry about going over lock and having to pay higher rate. Cole assured that we would get it closed, and he put in a lot of behind the scenes work and got it closed in time. Even with my constant pestering.
